Buteyko Breathing Therapy (BBT) |
  |
|
The Buteyko Breathing Therapy cures asthma.
Asthma, Angina and High Blood Pressure are commonly regarded to be illnesses. Buteyko found that these are merely sympthoms of a disease that he discovered and called the Deep Breath Disease.
BBT cures angina, high blood pressure and asthma by treating the cause of the disease, not the sympthoms.
There is no mystique, no mistery, no metaphysics, the Buteyko Method is fully explained and validated by science. Due to this fact a patent was granted and the Buteyko Method gained recognition by the offical medicine in Russia. In 1985 the USSR Minister of Health Order 591 of April, 30 1985 initiates use of the Buteyko Method in medicine
